Terms of sale:

1 - Booking

The booking of your site or accomodation is only valid with our agreement and after reception of the hiring contract accompanied with the deposit (asked).
Then you will receive confirmation.

2 - In case of late arrival

You are asked to inform us.
If you have not informed us, the management could rent again your site.
After the date limit the deposit wil be kept.

3 - In case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure

Compare to the mentionned date on the contract you will pay the reserved period.

4 - Payment

For locations : At the arrival.
for rental : no later than one month before your arrival, in the contrary case, the reservation will be cancelled and 30% of deposit will be preserved by the campsite.

5 - Cancellation

By letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Cancellation insurance guarantees the repayment of advance payments on the condition that we receive the cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival for locations, and 16 days for rentals.
Without insurance, and past the deadline, no refunds will be done.

6 - Every campers have to follow the rules established by the campsite.

7 -The campsite is not responsible for the robbery fire, bad weather and all the problem being matter of the camper.

8 - The Court of Privas is alone to responsible in case of lawsuit.
